May 22, 2023 is the 30th International Day for Biological Diversity. To echo the theme of the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity(COP15), the theme of this year’s International Day for Biological Diversity is “From Agreement to Collaboration: Resilient Biodiversity”.

On this blue planet, countless creatures and humans share a home on Earth. When a whale leaps out of the water in the Pacific Ocean, a panda in Sichuan may be rolling around, while in faraway Antarctica, penguins are hiking on the ice. We see birds flying overhead almost every day,and trees standing silently in time. The earth is wonderful because of its diversity. Concerned about biodiversity, we are also concerned about the future that is closely related to us.
